Biden’s student loan forgiveness halted: A Federal Appeals court in the 8th Circuit unanimously voted to temporarily halt President Biden’s student debt relief order that would forgive $10,000 in federal student loans (for individuals making under $125,000) and $20,000 (for recipients of Pell Grants). The measure will be stalled until further word from the 8th Circuit or the Supreme Court. The Biden Administration plans to appeal the ruling.
