Chicago drive-by shooting kills 14: A three-second drive-by-shooting left 14 people dead, including 3 children, on Halloween night in Chicago’s West Side. The attack came from two individuals traveling in a darkly tinted SUV, shooting at people gathered for a vigil. Police say the shooting was not related to the vigil in particular. A manhunt is currently underway, with Police Chief David Brown commenting, "You can run but you cannot hide from the Chicago Police Department holding you accountable for this tragedy." As of Tuesday, Brown said there were no suspects in custody and no motive had been established.
