Road rage shootings increase: An average of 44 people a month were injured or killed in 2021 due to road rage incidents -- doubling 2019’s number of 22 per month. In addition, 728 of such incidents last year involved a gun. Dr. Martin, the Associate Dean of Psychology at UW-Green Bay said, “One of the contributors to any angering situation is the mood we’re in at the time we are provoked…If we’re already stressed, we’re more likely to snap.”
