Russia Presses on Major Ukrainian Cities as War Rages On

What’s going on?
Today (Friday) marks the ninth consecutive day of Russia’s attacks on Ukraine (pop. 44M).

Leaders from Ukraine and Russia met twice this week for ceasefire talks. While no substantial resolutions were reached, the two sides appear to have preliminarily agreed to establish humanitarian corridors to provide passage for civilians fleeing bombarded cities.
